I'm not sure all these steps are necessary, but I got it working: Download logi-tools from github (https://github.com/fpga-logi/logi-tools) PI_VER=PI2 PI2=1 sudo ./install_logipi.sh sudo modprobe i2c-dev Use the unified_loader
