Recompiling the blink demo

When I tried to create my own bit file following the wiki, when I loaded the bit file the done light lit up, but no blinking.  I then downloaded the github project and built that, again no blinking.  Any ideas?

    Ok... nevermind.  Twilight zone.  Both work now.

    Hi Justin,

    Sometimes ISE will do some strange things behind the scenes.  It seems I have had some unexplained behaviors in the past that seem to just work themselves out after hair pulling, swearing, trying on multiple machines and then circling back to the original machine.   let us know if you were able to make any sense of what happened in your experience.
