SDRAM Controller for LogiBone 1.5.1

I'm using LogiBone 1.5.1 that has the AS4C16M16S SDRAM.  I'm wondering if there is any SDRAM controller meant for this particular memory component already floating around in the logibone code base.

You can find the sdram driver in the example sdram project on github:

Thanks Jones.  I did noticed the logi-sdram-test project earlier and the source codes looked like it was meant for LogiBone 1.0 that used the SDRAM MT48LC16M16A2.  I wasn't sure if there is an updated sdram controller for the LogiBone 1.5.1.

Hi Kumar,  the new sdram is compatible with the same sdram driver - from what I remember based upon our testing of the new chip.  We have tested it up to 133Mhz and it runs OK.  Let us know if you have any issues with it.

Hi Jones,

I want to ask about simulation of SDRAM with dram fifo (dram_fifo_tb). Can you please guide me how to do that because I have tried to simulate but having problem with libraries compilation. 

I have taken the simulation file of MT48LC16M16A2 from this link:

As it contains grlib and gaisler libraries and has problems with compilation in Modelsim.
