Xilinx ISE on Debian 7
I tried to get the Xilinx ISE loaded and running on my Debian 7 64-bit machine with no luck, I followed the directions here with no luck. Any suggestions?

i run the Xilinx tools on a Ubuntu (12.04) 64bit so i should be able to help. To get ISE running on your Linux based computer, you need to go to :
http://www.xilinx.com/support/download/index.html/content/xilinx/en/downloadNav/design-tools.html
and download the "Full Installer for Linux", once you have downloaded the ~6GB file, you can unpack it, open the directory and run the "xsetup" file as sudo. You can find an installation guide (look at the 14.6 installation part) at :
