how to register for wiki?

can't find register pages for Wiki, don't appear to be help or community pages.

would like to edit ie

user manual is referred to as user guide in various places find this confusing...

The public registration is disabled as we were getting huge amounts of spam.  

I can manually register you.  Would you prefer the same username as is used here: "peepo" ?

We would be greatly appreciate any help in keeping this up to date and correct!
